About Sushi Sambi
Sushi Sambi has been a beloved neighborhood restaurant in Beaverton for over 25 years, serving authentic Japanese comfort food to our community. After the original owner's retirement, a new chapter began.
The son of the original Sambi owner joined forces with two friends—both experienced restaurateurs from Japan and California—to reopen Sushi Sambi. Together, they bring fresh energy and new perspectives while honoring the restaurant's rich history.
Like a new wind added to the original, we're continuing the 25-year legacy and striving to make it even better. We're committed to preserving the authentic flavors and warm atmosphere that made Sushi Sambi special, while introducing new ideas and experiences for our guests.

Policies
Seating: First come, first served.
Dine-in service: 16% service fee.
Take-out orders: 5% to cover service and container fee.
No additional tipping is required.
